Flint Harbor Technologies LLC provides OutageBeacon, a monitoring, alerting, error-tracking, and status-page product. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. Data we collect
- Account details, including email address, password hash, authentication state, and security settings.
- Organization and billing metadata, including plan, seats, Stripe customer IDs, and Stripe subscription IDs. We do not store card numbers.
- Monitoring data you configure, including monitor targets, heartbeat names, status-page settings, notification channels, check results, incidents, and status updates.
- Error-tracking data you send to us, such as exception messages, stack traces, release metadata, tags, event attachments, and user feedback.
- Operational logs and security records, including request metadata, IP addresses, user agents, timing, errors, and abuse-prevention events.
2. How we use it
We use this data to operate the Service, run checks, send alerts, render dashboards and status pages, process payments, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, secure accounts, and communicate with you. We do not sell personal information.
3. Subprocessors
- Stripe — payments.
- Cloudflare Email Sending — transactional email.
- Twilio — SMS (only if you enable the SMS channel).
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — compute, storage, networking, and delivery of the Service.
4. Your rights
You can access and export much of your data through the dashboard and public REST API. You can request correction or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained when needed for security, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention.
5. Cookies
We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in and protect sessions. We do not use advertising cookies.
